The purpose of this mod. It always bothered me that walls and towers and other defensive structures had only slightly more hitpoints than a house. A defensive structure would be fortified against attack since that's it's purpose. A british manorhouse for example has 1800 hit points. A wall section has 3000. A group of 5 units throwing torches should not be able to take out a wall in 30 seconds. Walls for example were increased to 20,000 hitpoints.

Release notes:
BIGGEST CHANGE: This mod now works with war chiefs and asian dynasties. It's working exactly as expected on the newest version on steam as of 5/21/2019.
I did not keep all the features. I was mostly interested in the modified building hitpoints and damage.
Here is whats in this version:
* All natural resources have been doubled (Trees, Animals, Gold)
* Outposts and Blockhouses: Hitpionts, attack, and cost greatly increased. Starting build limit of 14.
* Walls, and Gates: Hitpoints, and cost, greatly increased.
* Forts: Cost, hitpoints, and attack greatly increased.Build limit of 2.
I did not carry over any of the other features and I didn't see anywhere where the cards thing was supposed to be. I used this mod way back then and it worked as the author intended. I don't really care to have extra cards anyway, but I'm sure there are better mods for that.
Step 1: MAKE A BACKUP OF
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Age Of Empires 3\bin\data
OR
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires III\data
Whichever one you have.
Step 2: Place all 3 XML files from the "data" folder contained in the zip into the data directory you just backed up and select overwrite.
