Was on the unknown map. The game starts out with a double rush on CaoK_Alves(red). We almost get his tc down but it up by the skin of its teeth. He had teutonic town center. Orange booms with the british but helps out. They fight us off then we about had that tc down again but it barely holds on in age 3. They go on the offensive with about 44 muskets and several cannons. We scramble to fight them off but we hold them off. Me(prince_joker) and sniper4hirer get our economies off the ground and then take control of the game but not after fighting off orange rockets and muskets. Pretty good back and forth action between evenly ranked players.
This was a very good game. It could of went either way. Red and orange holding us off for so long. Our econ was in the trash. Orange was untouched mostly while red had to take it on the chin. This was a very close game and shows how the rush did its job even though we didn't get his tc down. Reds tc was under 500 hitpoints 3 times. Once it was down to 64 hitpoints left... one good hit. But his tc was still standing at the end of the game and never went down. Even though the tc never went down we had reds vills trapped in his tc. All he could do is send res. to orange from his crates that he was able to pickup when we would regroup.

Pretty straightforward ‘slugfest.’
Un-impressive but somewhat entertaining.

Actually, it only ‘looks’ close – it never really was. That the rush “did its job” is certainly true, and was the linchpin pulled out of the British-German alliance’s opportunity to win.
“It could [have gone] either way.”
~ Sniper4hirer
No, it really couldn’t have. Not without both of you seriously screwing up or resigning in the course of winning.
You simply out-produced them and out-numbered them. Particularly important in that – following your initial rush - you were thereafter always to outnumber them in combat units.
The three War-winning and decisive factors here are: *
- Superiority in Numbers
- Superiority in Production
- Superiority in Heavy horse
Given the first two, once the French (Sniper4hirer) started getting Gendarme Cuirassiers on the field and into front-line action, the weakness of Prince Joker’s Streltsy was off-set by their numbers (and guessing – that they were mostly ‘free units from HC?) and the fire support they could lend to defend the horse and otherwise tie-up any available British infantry - Victory was a foregone conclusion ( as long as you both maintained the inertia of your offensive(s) – which you did ).
Even had you ‘relaxed’ that inertia somewhat, the ultimate outcome would have been exactly the same, for the same reasons – just a half an hour later, the Post-game stats would reflect even more tellingly just how superior your production really was, and how wasteful (in ‘lives’) massed Russian light infantry without any other supports really is.
Victory would have still gone to you both in any event – and you did win it through well-coordinated efforts (IMO).
Congrats …
There’s no need to be impressed every time. Victory is Victory, however it comes …
Salute to all four –

P.S. I’m not ‘Rating’ this one, because I suspect my viewpoint on that question may be too-subjective over-all, and not really fair to the four of you.
I wouldn’t call this a “good one” – but it’s not a bad one either …
