hi this is a mod made up of stripped down version of many other mods. all combined together to make one super mod, iv seen many people talk about how much they would like a combined mod of all the best ideas,and a few people said it could not be done, well iv done it and it works a treat. ill like to thank the people who first made some of these mods and hope they didn't mind me stripping them to bits to make this one super mod.
This is the complete list of changes that are in this mod
1/ new look control panel (GUI) adds extra icons for faster commands.
2/ added the patrol icon and command.
3/ added the guard mode icon and command.
4/ added the zoom in /out to infinity command
5/ added the rotate building while placing command.
6/ added the drummer and flag barer to the barracks.
7/ outpost build limit is now 20 instead of 7
8/ outposts are stronger can now see further and can shoot further but cost a little more.
9/ all civs now have a 40 card deck
10/ settlers now cost 0 population they still cost 100 food but you can build 99 for no pop count.
11/ settlers can now see further they won’t just stand around doing nothing after finishing that last deer, but will go to the next heard within range.
12/ infantry can now see further but shooting range is still the same. all civs.
13/ artillery can now see a lot further and shoot further this applies to all civs.
14/ fences and walls are a lot stronger, great if you like to turtle.
15/ all ranged infantry automatically stand ground while shooting.
16/ all artillery from all civs now cost half in pop than they did, so in affect you now can have twice as much.
17/ new attack sound has been added it’s a lot quieter .
please make sure that you uncheck the minimize
ui box under your aoe3 game settings before starting a new game with this mod.the new control panel will automaticly minimize when the game starts.not doing this will result in corrupt images
these changes in effect will give you an approx population limit of between 350-400.
Remember settlers cost no pop and all civs arty cost half as much pop.
With all these changes it is better to play this mod on the large to very big 10x maps.
Ill be including these maps with this mod.
PS IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU HAVE THE MINIMIZE UI OPTION
UNCHECKED IN YOUR AOE3 GAME OPTIONS BEFORE PLAYING THIS MOD, OR THE NEW FEATURES WILL NOT DISPLAY PROPERLY.

This Mod is what we have all been waiting for. It includes all the changes you want to make it better. Keep it up!
I like the mod features that change the UI very much. I wish that ES would have given a much wider zoom range and this mod does that. The other UI features are equally useful and helpful. If this were a UI only mod I would give it a 5, no problem.
I don't like the game play chages nearly as much though. The 0 pop points for settlers is the one I have the biggest problem with. In a strategy game, everything I do should be a tradeoff, a choice to be made and balanced against other choices. Removing the population "penalty" for settlers makes (IMO) that choice too weak. Similarly, the pop changes for arty weaken that choice as well, and (this is only a hunch) I have a feeling that the AI doesn't take these changes into account that well.
Overall, I think this set of mods was a good effort. But when taken together and considering the fact that it precludes MP gaming, I can only give an ok rating rather than a great one.
IMO, it is a perfect combination which cares for megalomaniac players too :)

As requested, here is my my review. I didn't write one earlier as I don't tend to download a great deal of stuff here and didn't have much of a benchmark to go on.
I awarded it 5 because I can not think of anything else - at this time - that I would like to see included.
Centeurie included 17 updates in his description and having played three skirmishes so far (two as British one as French), I will comment on the ones that I have noticed most about.
1. The new GUI takes a little getting used to, but nowhere near as much as, say, changing from AOE2 to AOE3. There is extra, useful, information available, but I still need to get used to the idea that the idle settlers show up at the top of the screen now and stop worrying about those 10 settlers gathering coin. Another thing to get used to is the Home City icon/flag being smaller. These things will, I am sure, come with time and experience.
2,3 & 6 These are evidently there, but I haven't used them.
9. The forty card pack is nice, though you are still limited to ten per age, which adds an interesting dimension to choosing new ones.
10 & 16 These are evident in gameplay, and for those who like to defend and build a high tech, formidable, siege army (I believe it is called Turtling) it is very useful. Note my comments about French settlers above.
14. I had forgotten about this one, but thinking about it I have been repairing walls that previously I would have been rebuilding.
17. This is my Wife's favourite, as that horn was driving her wild, even when she was in the next room.
I hope that my review was useful, but as I say, I don't have much of a benchmark to work with and am not too sure what others will expect. I like it though, and am pleased with it. Thanks to all involved.
PLAYABILITY WAS GOOD... I LIKED THE BUILDING ROTATE THING AND ALL THE OTHERS PACKED IN ONE MOD.
CREATIVITY WAS BAD AS U TOOK OTHER'S IDEAS BUT CONSIDERING U CAME UP WITH THE IDEA OF COMBINING ALL OF THEM TO ONE MOD I THINK U DESERVE A 2.

ottomans have free villagers now. endlessly. the only real issue in the game was how they would clog up your population. but now.... easy favorite civ.
