Fort Fisher (fixed)

Author File Description
Blue_Paladin This us a fast-paced scenario so keep your eyes open and pause alot. There are some hints among the objectives lists.

The plot is that an American fort is under attack by invaders, but all of the soldiers are down south exploring. So you're on your own. Or are you?

Isuiki made the original base units and terrain, but asked for someone to make the triggers. I did. So there. Tell me what you think.

Additional Comments: You simply did not have it balanced out enough, I recomend adding a out post, and at least 5 settlers. (have the setlers out of harms way) And balance it out just a bit.

All, in All, i really enjoyed it. I use the indian blow gunners to ambush each attack from the side. It is a hard scenario. Good Job.

Actually, it took me a while to balance out free soldiers, enemies and supplies as much as I did. The original idea I had was to have some mills and a plantation in the north, but it just wasn't realistic. No one has a farm at a military fort! No, I just gave you miners and native gatherers because those don't build.

The "Use everything to its advantage" tip was supposed to make it easier. But won't reveal the one unit I gave you that was supposed to soften up one of the hardest parts apart from the end.

But thanks for the comment. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Feel free to tweak it all you want.
isuiki thnx much blue paladin you really did make this an enjoyable scenario

np. I might try improving "surprise indian attack" next.
EDIT: nevermind someone beat me to it.

Well Isuiki, just poke around at the triggers I've already set up on this one. But if you want I'll do your map. i mean, why not?

It's playable but see balance and map design for more

Balance: 4
the balance was fine but I did get a glitch...in one of the early attacks with organ guns and indians...the organ quit attacking and I was able to take them out 1 at a time with one culverine...also there was one indian left which allowed me to not get any more attching armies til he was killed. I was able to move all my miners to the island where the caribes were at for unfettered mining (after I killed the caribes

Creativity: 4
Cool idea

Map Design: 3
Here's where I had a lil trouble...there's a trade route with no way to build on it...the "explorer" can't build a trade post and with no villagers it makes it tough to get resources...I had to keep mining then buying wood. Fortunately I was eventually able to make 22 congers which pretty much owned..some fish would've been nice cause at least the ship coulda done some fishing.

Story/Instructions: 3
The instructions and hints were decent although there wasn't a whole lot of story

Additional Comments:
Overall a pretty decent job!
