Invisible Target Mini-mod

Author File Description
RiderOfEternity Another mini-mod by RiderOfEternity!

This mini-mod will give you a new editor unit, "Invisible target", which works exactly like the one in Age of Mythology. It is also similar to "IGC Target" in Age of Empires 3, except this is not clickable in-game, does not spurt blood when hit, does not move when hit, does not have a health bar, amongst other differences. In Age of Mythology this unit was mainly used for making a soldier look like he's hitting a manekin or bulls-eye at the barracks/archery range; I have designed this Age of Empires 3 unit to be used for the same kind of purpose.

Install instructions are present in the Readme file within the download.

What do you mean?
Daeus A good little mod, it will come in great handy for eye candy maps. But do you have to use triggers? I'm useless at them

It's only a simple trigger you have to do. If you give me your email I can send you a scenario with the trigger that's used to make the effect that you can look at :)
cskyro by friendlyfire i mean when you're in battle for example in 2VS2 when you shoot with cannons they can hit you friend

Ohh ok. No sorry I don't know how to do that.
BigFatZ Ooo, yoink. This should come in handy...

Btw, to make friendly fire you'd have to edit the attacks for every unit so they attack friendlies. For infantry and stuff I don't think that'd work, but since cannons have a short of blast radius for their attacks you can probably edit it so they'd damage allies, too. :)

But that would suck... Realistic but a pain. (No pun intended. :P)
Drakal open protox and search for "GAIAEnemy"
that code do so cannons only damage enemies so remove it. you most do that for every cannon.
do a back up of the protox file first
