The Sway of Gallentine version 5.3
Running on Patch 1.09
Gallentine is a highly strategic map, much the random type “Island” map, set in NewEgland in 1702. Starting with a lean but tight raiding force aboard the Troubadour, recruited for colonization their commander Reagon has a secret objective in mind only he knows. With an option of landing sites the game play is set for enemy take down if you guess the objective. Very easy INSTALL, UNINSTALL guides for loading a play of “Gallentine” and then getting back to on-line play. With your new war-ship the “Everready” dominate this water map, protecting the shores of your new home land form enemy landings or running sortie deep in to enemy waters. This map has been well playtested by myself and Twoqtimes2 and Pure Albino, and will flow during vigorous game play, with little to no lag (pops bumped up).
Your landing force has been given hitpoint bonus, yet when these units are lost the bonus will be removed.

Playability: 5
This is a very fun scenario and challenging for the most part of it.
It took me more than 2 hours to finish it.
I had to use a lot of tactics to defend the small island from the purple player.
He was trying to land heavy forces on my island and he used many ships.
The ship battles were great.
Then I used heavy navy force to weaken the purple player by destroying his buildings.
Then it was time for a land party in order to take the purple player out.
After that there was no problem to take the yellow player out.
This map can be played several times.
It has high re-playability.
Balance: 4
The balance was excellent for the most part of the game.
It was hard to take the red and purple players out, as well as defending my base.
However, it was too easy to beat the yellow player.
You probably can give the yellow player more forces in order to make it more challenging.
Creativity: 5
Very creative.
No doubt about it, sziggi is one of the best scenario designers out there.
The map, game play, and story were all great.
Map Design: 5
Very nice map design.
Very unique.
You have to see it for yourself to see what I mean.
Story/Instructions: 5
Great fictional story and the instructions were clear.
Additional Comments:
Another master piece from sziggi.
I had a lot of fun playing this scenario, and I would recommend it to everyone.
Much better than Ensemble’s scenarios.
As I said before, they should hire you sziggi.
Thank you for a very fun scenario.
