Politicians

The follow are tables for the politicians of each age. The numbers represent when each politician becomes available for each civilzation base on home city level. So for instance the Russians can ship four cows in the second age once they reach a level 40 home city. Dashes mean that that civilization does not get the respective politician. Also, at the bottom there is a table showing what civilzations get by way of second age unit shipments.
