hi,

Like I have this problem, I tried this fix (because I don't want to play with the gr2 files):

but there is something that I don't understand, if I create 10 modified units, I must put them in the civs.xml? And, if I start a skirmish game, all these units will be available at the first age?

For what i've understood yes and in a skirmish game they'll spawn alongside explorer/villagers, but i don't think you can train them untill you reach the age required.
To avoid starting with 10+ units for free every game, you might try creating a fake civ (in the civs.xml) unobtainable through normal gameplay and defining your units there, so they should be preloaded correctly and won't create balancing issues (I'm not sure it works but you can give it a try anyway)
