Robot Entertainment is hiring a Community Manager to build up a new community for a new game. They also search a web developer by the way.
The Community Manager should be an "RTS game player and fan of the Age of Empires franchise". Is this a sign for the upcoming announcement of Age of Empires 4? We surely hope so!

FINALLY!!
Keep him from expanding. Keep him scared. Keep him making the wrong type of troops. Control the game, don't react to it. -Ender_Ward

We know that Robot is developing an original IP, so I don't think it will be AoE4, not yet at least. And it's rare for a new studio to take on two ambitious games at once while maintaining support for older titles, though Robot is a pretty big team.

Perhaps it is not entitled Age of Empires, but resembles or has properties of the franchise.

@Alex:
Robot is actually working on two games:
1) The first one is a new IP ( unannounced genre)
2) the second one should be the next installment in the age series:
Yes, Robot stated right from the beginning that they are working on several games. Also they licenced the Trinigy engine, most probably for an RPG game.

Didn't know they were working on a second title, very nice. Although the modern era setting would be the least interesting to me out of all the Age titles.

I think it sounds cool with the modern era
I hope they will announce this soon...idc when they release it, but I just want to know that they are actually making it!

I could so do this, but the part about relocating...probably won't work so hot with school.
Sadly - They seem to think I don't meet the requirements. Oh well, guess I'll go to law school instead. So much for the dream job.

The (sparse) concept art we've seen so far (devs at work at the Robot studios) indeed seen to suggest an ancient Age4, or an Age of Mythology 2. For one thing, I distinctly remember the word "Oracle" on a note among other notes with unit names. I liked AoM heaps, the added fantasy elements were a creative touch over a "historical" ancient setting that really elevated the game. So my hopes are on AoM2.
