In this easy to understand game, your goal is to defeat all other players or control the fort at 30min. The Fort gives u an extra income boost, a huge one. You use the gold to purchase units. You can also gain lvls by getting kills, the lvls age u up and u recieve an extra spawn of units. If a base is destroyed u lose that spawn of unit. Losing your headquarters u will lose the game.
Rules:
Age: Discovery, Civs do not matter execpt for Ports(do not use them),

Oh well I havent got any problem here...
Balance: 4
All civs get exactly the same bonuses, things, and they arent unique...
Creativity: 2
Srry kev, but I seen tons of scenarios like this, this scenario kinda looks to me something beetwen eichosseum and warrior deffense.
There are tons of scenarios of this type, that you need kills and you spawn units with things etc...
But since this is like a combo of all of em, I decided to give you a 2...
Map Design: 4
The map isnt that well designed, its even kinda confusing, since there is a lot of black everywhere, and also the place where you fight in its a bit little, and there are unnecessary walls...
Story/Instructions: 5
I like the form of insutrctions by HC names, its quite simple, cool, and explains everything, I would give you a 4 here since there is no story, but since scenarios like this dont need a story I decided to give you a 5...
Additional Comments:
The scenario is kinda something between good and average, but I prefer the other scenarios you made, like russia the epic and arab desert.
Also, I didnt had enough time to play this many times, so I can change of opinion in my rating and may edit this rewiew...

I think its a great game and will continue to be a great game only getting better, theres a few glitches but iv seen your other maps, and im sure ull fix it and make it even better
Balance: 4
Its a very well balanced game, every player getting same units, only problem is people who play it alot will have a giant advantage over other people
Creativity: 4
There are a lot of games like this, but still theres a certain thing about this that sets it apart from the rest
Map Design: 4
Great map design, awsome set up making it so that its harder to kill the buildings that dont matter as much.
Story/Instructions: 5
I like how you focus around in a tight area, making it so that you and the people playing with you have to try and make alliances, it adds a certain twist to the game.
Additional Comments:
Kev your always making amazing games and this is no exception.[Edited on 05/23/08 @ 06:16 PM]

Playability: 4
Its fairly easy to play, and there weren't any glitches that i noticed when i played it. It was nicely made... lacked depth however.
Balance: 4
Yea it balanced... It would be a 5 if it wasnt so simple. Anything can be balanced but some things take more effort to do this, and with map this easy there could have been more. still, what you had was very balanced, so i give a 4, which is still pretty good.
Creativity: 2
Hate to say it, but it seems like there are so many games like this one out right now. And with all of those out, i must say it seems like they have more effort put into it. so i believe it is slightly below average, thus i give a 2.
Map Design: 3
The map design overall looks ok, although there really is nothing that jumps out at me when i play this game. there could be soo much more added to this game. On another note however, it was very cramped to play aswell. It felt as though i couldnt even reach the other player on the other side, and i found that not so fun.
Story/Instructions: 3
Its alright, about average imo. I got really annoyed not being able to see map when a player died. And for a game this simple to understand there really isnt much for me to say. it would be higher if there were other things to do that added more depth to the game, which i think was its biggest fault.
Additional Comments:
Like i said above, but in more of a recap; the game itself was extremely simple, which although that can be a good thing, in this case it just felt boring. The design was good, and i did enjoy unit selection method, the only problem was that the flag bearer would move on its own (strange idk why) and it seems like the prices or off for a lot of units. that said, it seems pretty average to me, but does have potential for a better game if you wished to put forth more effort.
**i checked to make sure this game wasntin the CSO contest before i put this review in, if i made a mistake with rules, let me know and ill fix it by rectraction, thanks **[Edited on 06/09/08 @ 06:06 PM]

This is actually one of your best maps in my opinion, Kev.
Playability: 5
This map is very easy to understand and its suitable for players of all skill levels. The objective is simple as well; just make units, control the fort, and destroy the enemy. I also like that extra units spawn as you get more kills.
Balance: 5
Balance is also very good, there are no OP units because they cost more gold than others. I also like that gold does not build up incredibly fast like in other games; instead, players must be cautious and smart by picking certain, perhaps cheaper units due to eco restraints. One of the more balanced scenarios I've seen.
Creativity: 3
The creativity was not that great at the beginning as the only objective was to capture the fort. However, as the game progressed, the players realized that kills= better spawned units. It was very creative how u added those spawned units with kills and the buildings you get when you age. This prevents people from ONLY trying to capture the fort without fighting.
Map Design: 3
The map design was not anything spectacular, but it worked for the type of the game. The fort actually looked cool with the walls around it and the spawning areas, along with the buildings were a nice addition.
Story/Instructions: 5
The cinematics are Amazing when someone gets destroyed; so funny. The instuctions are quite simple and easy to follow and the way players age up and get better units was also a good thing to add into the instructions. Overall, a well explained scenario.
Additional Comments:
One of your best maps, KevtheGreat. I also want to say how great this whole contest is. There have been SOO many new scenarios, good ones too that everyone has been making, including this one :P.[Edited on 06/09/08 @ 10:27 PM]
