This mod addresses 2 major issues with the Napoleonic Era Expansion.
1st it modifies the AI to recognize and use the new Civ and Units, so now enemys in Skirmish will no longer just sit there idle.
2nd it finishes the inpcomplete Inca civilization giving them their own unique techs, HC Cards, and they can now fully age up to Imperial.
You must have the Napoleonic Era Exp as well as TWC and AD. I did not create the NE Exp but it is an INCREDIBLE user made project and if you haven't played I highly recommend you download it. Can be found at:

There is a Readme but install is very simple, feel free to contact me with any questions. Hope you enjoy.
Hi! Thank you for your mod, but you didn't give any instructions about installing it. I mean, I have downloaded it but I don't know where I have to put all the files which are included in your mod in order to run your mod properly. For instance, where have I to put the homecityIncas file so I can play as Incas in skirmish mode? And the same questions concerning the other files.
In addition, I can not create Inca homecity in skirmish mode.
Can you help me?
Thank you again for your contribution

Playability: 5
Greatly enhances gameplay since the AI actually does something now
Creativity: 5
A good idea, great for those of us who like NE.
Art and Sound: 5
No new art and sound, it's a script file
Installation/Instructions: 5
Pretty simple, just cut and paste
Story/Description: 5
Again, it's a script file, no new story.
Additional Comments:
Hey motter, good to see you're still around and modding. This script really helps with NE, in all honesty the AI is pretty basic, but so is the normal AI, I gave you all 5's to offset the 2 rating of the other user, this is definitely much better than a 2, especially for those of us who were frustrated with the dead AI in NE, great work as always.
