This scenario works only for the expiration WARS OF LIBERTY.
This is a beautiful map still under construction for the Tupis, Incas and Mapuches, with elements of scenery for the Andes, Amazon and Araucania.
It is part of a project that I have done for the expedition of Aleixo Garcia, Portuguese who convinced an army of 2000 guaranis carijós from Santa Catarina in Brazil and traveled the old Tupi road, the Peabiru, to the slopes of the Andean mountains, having invaded some Inca border cities in Bolivia and returned (although Aleixo did not survive).
While I do not finish the scenarios on the adventure of Aleixo Garcia, I leave to you to lower and to mold as you need this beautiful scenery with an Inca city and several Inca villages covered with fog, besides the beautiful path of Peabiru linking the Brazilian coast to the paths Incas that ended at the Paraguayan border. |

My friend, in order to play this scenario normally, copy the files obtained by unpacking this file, to the last folder: Documents / My Games / Wars of Liberty / Scenario.
Remember that this scenario is not ready and I do not know when I'll be able to finish it. So, based on how much I've done, I hope you use creativity to fill in the gaps in the best way for each one. The Inca architecture of the Wars of Liberty has good textures, but is still a long way from true Inca architecture, which more closely resembles part of the architecture of the Atlanteans of Age of Mythology (more specifically Mannors, Town Centers, Barracks, and Ports). The only structure created by Ensemble Studios for AOE III that could actually be found in the Inca empire would be the Inca temple present in the campaign, or as a building SPC. But the Incas units of Wars of Liberty are now practically perfect, and this helps a lot to bring a realism to the game. Tupis units such as Maratekoaras, Uybassy and Ubirajaras are also very loyal to the true Tupi warriors (and the Guarani of Santa Catarina, who basically had a slightly different haircut only) and can give a certain realism to the scenario. But as an admirer of pre-Columbian civilizations, I tried to follow the Inca urban patterns, within the possibilities that the game allows us and to introduce a gradation between the regions of different microclimates sheltered by the tropical forests and of araucarias of Santa Catarina, passing by a stretch of chaco Paraguay, until arriving at the foothills of the Andes. The Peabiru was lined by a mantle of pata-anta grass, the closest texture of this grass I encountered was the one on the scene. |
