I made this mini-mod in hopes of finally reducing what I believe to be "snobbish" gaming: that is wonders and abilities that are too powerful.

Changes include: Consulates, Wonders, Daimyo:

Tower of Victory: Inspiration: -50s recharge time (400s), +5% speed, +5% hitpoints and damage (15% speed, 20% HP and damage), +30s active time (45s).

Great Buddha: Informers: -5s active time (5s), +30s recharge time (330s).

Golden Pavilion: Ranged Damage bonus reduced to 0%.

Karni Mata: Economic Aura: +10% (20%), +12 effect range (48 range)

Daimyos: Damage Aura reduced to 0%.

Consulate: 50% Export rate and 100% Export rate (35%, 60%).


For single player and LAN use only

Installation:

Copy and paste "abilities" and "tactics" into "data" folder in
Program Files (86) - steam - steam apps - common - Age of Empires III - bin - data

This gives the above abilities and things changed in the game.
It will cause a CRC Mismatch if you play online.

Uninstallation:

Remove or rename abilities.xml, powers.xml, consulate.tactics, daimyo.tactics,
goldenpavilion.tactics, goldentemple.tactics (renaming them makes them "unactive"). An example of renaming would be changing abilities.xml or to abilities a.xml.

Then you will be able to play online again without CRC Mismatch.
