The first Anglo-Afghan War (1839-42) was ghastly, as are all wars. In this somewhat whimsical account, Salar, a Tajik chieftain, must help the Hazara, Gilzai Pashtun and others find common cause against the Russians, Persians and British in the early stages of what the British called 'The Great Game.' This Great Power competition to dominate the region was complex and influenced by greed, jingoism, xenophobia and flawed assessments of each other's motives and actions. The geography was important, and I have tried to capture it fairly. I have meddled quite a bit with the cultural, political and military facts in the interests of gameplay. I have used a trick or two. As always, I hope you enjoy it, and I welcome your comments. OldGrex
1. After I built the trading post and repaired the first one the trading route has stopped working. The stagecoach doesn't show up anymore.
2.The way down is blocked by invisible walls, so I cannot get to Persia. The only possible way is in the middle, but then the passage on the left, near tower is blocked again.
3. I don't know if it is really a bug, but after building that trading post only one cav joined me. Neither more nor the black villies.
